The second annual Parchment Veterans Ceremony will be held at the traditional time of 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 11^th at the Parchment Veterans Memorial next to City Hall. On this week’s Parchment Update, Pastor Joe Shaler gives a preview of the ceremony.
